Overview
I played a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing brand integrity through innovative design strategies across digital and printed communications for internal stakeholders within the Treasury cluster. Building strong relationships with internal teams, I ensured alignment with client objectives while prioritising effective communication and collaboration. My efforts were dedicated to maintaining the Treasury's visual identity and facilitating cohesive messaging across all internal communications platforms.
Task
As the sole graphic designer at Treasury, I managed multiple projects and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines. Operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, I ensured the delivery of high-quality outputs while educating and influencing stakeholders on best practice brand management and design. Providing exemplary customer service, I balanced competing organisational priorities and maintained up-to-date knowledge of digital and design practices.
Additionally, I oversaw the management of a casual permanent designer and coordinated any other contractors, ensuring efficient collaboration and exceptional results.
