LGBTIQA+ Allyship Toolkit

Overview

The LGBTIQA+ Allyship Toolkit serves as a comprehensive guide for NSW Treasury to support Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer/Questioning, and Asexual/Aromantic (LGBTIQA+) employees. Its primary goal is to foster allyship among all Treasury members, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging in the workplace.

Task

My role involved developing a visual identity that resonated with the social groups represented and effectively communicated with the internal NSW Treasury team.
