Gather and Grow
Overview
NSW Treasury hosts Gather and Grow events aimed at fostering connections and sharing information to support the growth of the First Nations business sector. These events serve as a platform to promote diversity and inclusion, aligning with initiatives such as the Aboriginal Procurement Policy (APP) to empower Indigenous businesses and strengthen economic opportunities within the community.
Task
I developed a new approach by repurposing elements from an existing design visual identity for the Gather and Grow events, aligning them with event objectives. Despite the rapid turnaround, I ensured consistency and gathered stakeholder feedback to refine the branding to suit the event's needs and resonate with the audience.

Design pull-up banners, coordinating with the printer for quotes, finalising artwork, and managing delivery to stakeholders.
Layout design of lanyards and name tags, incorporating newly developed branding elements.
Stakeholder management throughout the design process to ensure alignment with event objectives and audience resonance.
